"Yes this Dr is a bit shy but he is the best at what he does. NOT BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS JUST SHY.Would you rather have a shy Dr that is good at what he does or a talkative Dr that sucks. He did surgeries on both of my children over 20 yrs ago 2 each and me a few years ago and every DR, I have seen since moving to TN has said he did an exceptional job. I wish I was still in OH to see him as a follow-up patient. I love Dr Balaz he is the best. You can't even see the scar on my neck from thyroid removal and neither can other Dr's unless told told to look further. Shellie Newport."

"I went here with my daughter to have a growth removed from the inside of her lower lip. She did pretty well during the procedure, however, while the Doctor was was stitching her up he kept saying I hope this is right. Don't want to get it twisted! When he was done,he left the room with out saying a word came back in and said where's the specimen! They had thrown it in the trash! They procede to dig through the trash to find it! Today my daughter went in to get her stitches removed! Dr. Balazs removed her stitches as she yelled and cried he would not numb her! I not sure but I think he is just into watching people in pain!! I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone!!!"

"I do not recommend this ENT. I went for an initial visit for swelling/irritation of my throat. Dr checked my ears and said they were 100% clogged. After checking them i could not hear in one of my ears because of the wax being pushed. He told me he would clean them out next time i come in after the procedure of looking in my throat. Also you can tell he isn’t really listening to your concerns. He is very rushed and it’s easy to tell. Next visit, I asked if he was able to clean my ears this time since they are very clogged and my hearing sounded like i was under water for over a week. He asked which one was bothering me worse. Throat or the ears and that he only had time to do one. Wanting me to come back for a THIRD time just to clean my ears. Paid over $350 for nothing to get resolved in two visits. So disappointed."

"My husband and I have both been treated by they father dr balazs. He was very kind and reassuring. We both felt like we were getting the best treatment available. 2 of our girls have been treated by the son dr balazs and although his personality can be a bit dry at times and he may run behind schedule I would never consider letting another ent treated my children's issues. He is an amazing dr. The staff are awesome as well and help you understand what's needed and is very calming is stressful situations."

"I’m sorry but how on earth can this place still be open?! I’ve never been in a more unprofessional and disgusting healthcare facility. I waited 45 minutes to even get back into a room. When I finally got back there people who got there after me were seen before me. And the room was absolutely horrid. I felt like I was going to get a disease just sitting in there. There were other peoples bodily fluids sitting around, blood on the walls, dust everywhere. I could hear doctor arguing with another patient (because they left the door open to my room!). It was so bad I immediately left in the middle of my appointment. I’d also like to mention that the staff touched equipment that was supposed to be sterilized with no gloves and no apparent hand washing. The doctor wore gloves but wore the same ones inside of the office up front that he wore to see patients. Filthy."
