"My bad customer service experience: I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint Tea and received a Chai tea, so I called to pickup the correct order. Instead of applying this easy fix, the employee I spoke to, told me: “We had to give you a defense tea because we sold out, but we have it now.” (This made zero sense because how could they be sold out of something then have it 10 minutes later?) I reiterated saying that I was given a Chai tea and if I could pick up my correct order which she replied to by saying: “Well there are a lot of orders under your name this morning you picked up the wrong one.” I told the employee that the label had my exact order and she told me she could not hear me and hung up. (See images) While yes, I do like Starbucks coffee there are also many other competing coffee brands that are as good. Relationships with consumers matter and that is why Starbucks is loosing my business and another brand is gaining it."
