"I called to times they make me wait on the line for my results and never reach back to me. As a new patient they not supposed to act this way, they need to treat everyone fairly with respect! I will not go back to this Place!!"

"Dr Shear is very professional and humorous in an appropriate manner. He has a great memory for patient's details and demonstrates compassion. I felt comfortable should I have needed to confide further in him as a patient. His office staff in contrast makes the visit almost not worth one's time. They call patients unnecessarily loud by their last name or first name in a crass and disrespectful manner. They try to establish some kind of authortarian relationship that is totally non-existent in a medical assistant's para role. If the assistant can't identify the patient by recalling a face, they should at least say Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss unless a patient has requested otherwise. Endearing terms should be exclusively used for children to put them at ease. But adults require respect for dignity not endearments unless a strong working relationship has been previously established. The usual manner of referencing patients seems to reflect the behavior and tone of a military sergeant. There are signs asking for patient referals. But I don't know of anyone who would want to be greeted in such a rude and socially unskilled almost abusive manner. I think the doctor really ought to train his staff better. They are a terrible reflection on his practice. I'd never feel confident in having any minor GYN procedure done such as a PAP bc the staff is so rough-mouthed it removes any reassurance of professionalism. When I left the doctors office, the person working the front desk did not make eye contact with me at all even though I had maintained a pleasant and respectful tone of voice hoping she would be appropriately friendly. Nope. Unprofessional. Inhospitable treatment of a patient. It was as though the staff was saying give us a bad review on Google! Very sad statement to make for a family practice. I don't know what their excuse would be for adolescent-like poor social skill mannerisms. But bless their hearts, frustrated and angry people need to work too. I do forgive them. And please, let us pray for them."

"They suck. There is always a very long wait appointment or not. The services are horrible and the doctored refuse to fill out paperwork for 3 of my children because another one has to get lead work. What does that have to do with the other children. Do not go here ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN. They do not know what they are doing. They ask lie about the doctors whereabouts and never call you to update you on anything. If you resquest a call back no one will call back. They don’t have time to be professional, responsible, or courteous. I’m so upset I’m pulling my children tomorrow. This place is full is ****. Runnn"
