"This office went down hill after Dr Lugo retired and after Dr Lewis left. Rude incompetent staff. Plus staff can't seem to get their act together. I wouldn't even give this office a 1"

"Tripping. Dr William Vanenzi is amazing. I don't know why you are only giving this office a 1 star. Hope you people stay healthy. Because I know I have a awesome Dr. Don't let the Stars lie about this place. Amazing staff and Drs at Centerville location. For everyone else have fun finding something or someone better than them. Patient portal will tell you anything you need. It will say outstanding bill's. Plus you can also schedule your appointment. I have never had to call the offic. I use my patient portal."

"Unfortunately, I can’t give less than 1 star for this office, or I would. They threatened to send a bill to collections for $2.80 cents, even though THEY don’t bill for less than $5 and we had NO way to know about the bill. And this wasn’t an isolated incident….just an example of how the office treats patients."

"Worse than worst! Useless more like it. One star is too many. Gone down hill. Been a patient for 20 years, doctor turnover rate grows. Recently when I tested positive for Covid over the weekend, had to wait for Monday (day 4 of symptoms to get Paxlovid because I am high risk). Was told they’d call me back. I waited and waited. By Wed I gave up and went to CVS Minute Clinic and was told because it was day 6 they couldn’t prescribe it to me and to call my physician if it went to my lungs, which it did the following weekend, as I knew it would. Called them Monday morning asking them to call me in ZPacks, receptionist could clearly hear I am ill. She apologized, and yet they never have still not called me back and said she would talk with their supervisor and they would call me back. 5 hours later and still no call back, again! Lousiest care ever and is their fault if I end up in the hospital on a ventilator! Update: called and told me the supervisor relayed I have to come in tomorrow because the new doctor (of 1 month) has never seen me!!!"
