"Good customer service in a very quiet private office. The doctor enjoys taking care of feet. Good with all ages at removing planters warts."

"Dr.Nicely is very pleasant and she'll talk to do like a person. She Works hard to find the solutions and keeps at something until cleared up. Although answering the phone seems to be a problem and the front desk staff could use some bed side manners Its a small but very efficient office. ."

"Dr. Nicely took my foot pain seriously (after being released from an Ortho Foot Doctor) and did an MRI. I had a torn ligament among other things. She was able to get my foot well again and then fitted me for custom insoles. I appreciated having a doctor believe me when I said how bad my foot was hurting. No one else wanted to do anything about it. She follows up with me and takes care of any feet issues I may have. Good doctor."

"I went there for calluses on the bottom of my feet. I had difficulty walking. All they did was scrap the callus down. No discussion of padding, shoes, etc. I ended up going to Advance Foot and Ankle in Huber Heights and received AWESOME treatment, a follow up visit in 2 weeks, pads for my shoes, a full removal of my calluses, shoe discussion and now I can walk again. I think I received lousy service due to having Medicare. I hope they do not treat all seniors like this."

"Horrible customer service. I spent two months waiting to have minor surgery to get rid of an infection from a pedicure. The receptionist called the DAY BEFORE the surgery to reschedule for TWO MORE WEEKS because the doctor was ‘going out of town’. She got very rude when I pointed out I had been waiting awhile already and questioned if Dr. Nicely just realized she was going out of town the day before. This infection is painful and she nor her staff seem to care. I cancelled completely and started the process with someone new. Not impressed at all."
