"I've never met a more dismissive and condescending "professional" in my life. I met with Dr. Knight after five separate medical professionals recommended I pursue a particular course of treatment. When I explained this to her, she flippantly dismissed all of it, told me flat out that one professional's opinion wasn't "based in science", and proceeded to prescribe me the same class of medication I had just spent 20 minutes telling her how it has only ever made my symptoms worse. She didn't take to heart anything I had to say, at one point telling me my descriptions of my symptoms were nonsensical, and called me by the wrong name throughout the meeting. Easily the most disheartening experience I've ever had with a doctor."

"Run! Run as far away from this "doctor" as fast as you can. The first time I seen her, I waited 2 hours past my scheduled time before being called back. When I finally met her, she barely even looked at me, while just going down a list of questions, wrote me prescriptions and sent me packing. I had later found out that she likes to double/triple/ect book appointments to get paid for more visits. 2nd visit, the wait was shorter, but she started getting more impersonal. The notes she took on my medications were wrong, and I had to correct her, which she turned into an argument. I tried to show her I was right by pulling up my pharmacy app on my phone, to which she scolded me saying "You can't use a cell phone in here". 3rd visit. She started off by asking me if I drank any alcohol. I said "not much, maybe one or two drinks at most a week", and she said "that's not the question I asked you. It's a yes or no"... fast forward... She then asked me if I drank caffeine, at which point I said "a couple times a day," then she scolded me again, saying "That's not the question I asked you.. You need to learn to answer my question." It's nice being treated like an addict when you have no addiction issues. It wasn't long after that the office called me letting me know that she was only going to be seeing patients on a single saturday of the month until further notice. I knew that was going to be a nightmare and I would have to waste an entire day waiting to be seen, so I asked my therapist at Wellness Card there for another doctor recommendation, and was recommended Dr. Walters, who is very nice and easy going. If you have anxiety and depression issues, you shouldn't be seeing a doctor that causes you increased anxiety and depression."

"Ms Knight provided a terrible experience. Malpractice level of terrible. My visit was as a new patient to establish a relationship with a doctor and practice as I had recently moved. Upon handing her my first RX bottle she declared that she would lower or discontinue that medicine. She preferred that I have a mood stabilizer. I was shocked as I had explained to her that after much trial and error I finally had a regime that worked and had done so for four years. I had no desire to change what was working. The appointment went down hill from there. She was rude & dismissive. Would not let me answer the questions she asked without interrupting or talking over me. There was never clear communication and her manner was demeaning. There is more to detail but the bottom line is my experience was with someone unfit to practice."

"In all my 20 years in the military service seeing mental health practitioners for various reasons, I have never met anyone like Dr. Knight. She does not listen, she assumes what she wants to, she does not explain anything to you and it almost feels like you’re in a debate over yourself. She is very rude and unfriendly and is not personable at all. You try to explain things to her and she continually interrupts to say what something is or isn’t despite your own words. Patients are not treated with the respect, compassion and help they deserve. I urge others to reconsider seeing her. I saw her twice to give her the benefit of the doubt and my experience was once again unpleasant. It’s so disheartening to me to know that others who so desperately need help and are limited with medical insurance options must see her. Please, use your voice and be heard. Nobody deserves the care or lack there of she delivers. As a veteran and retiree to our great nation, I do not deserve this kind of treatment and should not be made to feel indifferent. Everyone deserves outstanding care no matter what their circumstance."

"Was referred by my primary care physician. I had high hopes that she could help me be a better me by helping treat my mental health issues. She was demeaning, quick to assume things, and twists around things you say. She wasn’t friendly- at all. She seemed annoyed by my presence. I have never been so uncomfortable in a doctor office before. Extremely long wait in the waiting room- my appointment was at 10:45 and I wasn’t seen until almost 12. All for 10 minutes of getting brushed off and pushed aside like a junkie who just wanted drugs. I wasn’t asking to be medicated- I just wanted help and support. Won’t be back ever again. I hope someone reads this review and chooses to see another doctor."
