"Pretty much a car dealership, all they want is the most money possible out of your pocket and that’s there motivation, not the care of the animals. Worst place I’ve ever walked into with a dying dog and they gave me 12 hours to come up with $5,000-8,000 or my dog was being put down. From start to finish it was a nightmare."

"Let me start off by saying I would not tell my worst enemy to take their animal to this vet. Dr. Jen almost killed my seven year old German shepherd. After taking my dog to a specialist I now know that my dog was having a skin allergies due to pollen from outdoors. Dr. Jen had my dog on extremely intense antibiotics causing my dog to have neurological problems. She went from a completely healthy dog to a dog that couldn’t walk and had diarrhea all the time. (from the 10 pills of antibiotics she was taking daily) She had no quality of life for over six months all while being under the care of this woman. I finally got my dog into a specialist, and Dr. Jen never called me to apologize or even talk about my dog. I can’t believe what this woman did to me and my dog… My dog lost months of her life that she will never be able to get back and I’m devastated over it. This woman truly did not know what she was doing, so much so that the specialist was in complete shock about all the medication my dog was taking and had us stop it immediately. Thank God we stopped it when we did because if we would’ve went two more weeks on it I’m not sure I would have a dog anymore."
