I was nervous about how my new skittish cat Lolly might behave at the vet, but Dr. Jones’ office had equipped her check-up room with treats, and soft blanket with catnip. Dr. Jones, and her assistant were so reassuring and I feel relieved my baby is in great hands."

"I don’t even know where to begin with expressing my gratitude for Dr. Jones and her team. We have never met, but this past weekend, my absolute best friend in the entire world, my baby boy Obi, unfortunately passed while receiving an emergency surgery at this clinic. My partner’s mother and step-father had rushed Obi to the clinic, after checking on him while my partner and I are away on a trip. We had left town Saturday morning, and they stopped by Sunday to check on Obi. When they found Obi in our apartment, limp, and non-responsive, they searched for the nearest clinic open on a Sunday, which happened to be Dr. Jones’s. When they arrived, they were told Cleveland Veterinary Clinic was not an ER, and that they would probably have to go somewhere else. But, after taking a quick look at Obi, Dr. Jones decided that she needed to do something, because he wouldn’t make the 30 minute drive to the nearest ER. Obi had unfortunately developed a blocked urinary tract, and the potassium build up put a big strain on his heart. Dr. Jones did everything in her power to save him, something many other vets wouldn’t have bothered with. She tried treatment, and it seemed hopeful at first, but ultimately, my boy’s little heart couldn’t take it anymore. This team went above and beyond, when they absolutely did not have to. At multiple points, they could have refused treatment, but they didn’t. Instead, they proved how much they truly put animals first here, and how well they understand what our pets mean to us. They cried with my loved ones, held their hands, and comforted them in every way they could. I will forever be grateful to this team, and when we bring home our next furry family member, Cleveland Veterinary Clinic will be the first place we take them for care. Thank you Dr. Jones, and thank you to your team. Your compassion you showed all of us, even though we never spoke, means so much."

"Very clean place. Very professional and courteous staff..My black cat was nervous and tried to find a place to hide before the doctor saw her but the room ( fortunately for me and unfortunately for New Money) is escape proof. Dr Jones has a very calming demeanor. She explained things thoroughly and ask appropriate questions and I learned a few things about cats I didn't know. Fees were reasonable but since my cat is getting older I think I will invest in some pet insurance. I highly recommend this practice."
