"This used to be a great place to take your pets until Dr. Cross retired and the practice was bought by Dr. Soda Gray. My poor cat has suffered from diabetes for the past two years. I called recently because I could tell he was at the end of his road and was hoping to get some information on my options. They informed me that they are VERY busy and could see him in two weeks. I told them I don't think he'll still be with us in two weeks. And he's not. He passed and it was very painful to watch that happen over the course of almost a week. Is that the compassionate care you are talking about? I could go on and on with more stories of their lack of care and compassion. Dr. Cross was very compassionate and you could tell it wasn't about the money to him, he cared for the pets AND their owners. That is not the case anymore. I would never recommend this place or Dr. Soda Gray to anyone."
"I've been taking both of my dogs to this location since I relocated to Cleveland last July 2022. The care they have received has been fine. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable. The staff could be a little friendlier. There might be two or three staff members at the desk who neglect greet you. Hardly any personal interaction with the staff. A little more friendliness on their part would be welcome after all I have chosen this veterinarian and chosen to spend my money and and trust my dog to their care."
