"Dr referred me to this clinic. I was told arrive early (12:45..vs 1:20) check! Fill out profile online prior to appt…check! Bring photo ID and Insurance card..check! Spoke to 2 PEOPLE ON PHONE for referral at office and confirmation. Did they tell me they don’t take my insurance…OF COURSE NOT. Did I send in a copy b4 my appt…YES! So if you follow all directions..they won’t and you will have wasted your time waiting for an appt that can’t take place bc they didn’t look at my chart! I was upset at first BUT I dodged a bullet if they are always late, disrespect pts time but want their time respected and learned to READ REVIEWS FIRST!!"

"Literal joke. I’m now on week 6 of waiting for my allergy shot. Every few months they send the shot off and you have to wait for it to come back. It’s been 6 weeks this time. You have to start over constantly."

"Front desk is awful. Practice has spiraled downhill since Bonnin retired. You’ll have a much better experience literally anywhere else."

"Terrible communication and billing. Went there for about a year and they consistently sent scripts to the wrong pharmacy, had scripts written that were not even discussed with the doctor, long wait times for immunotherapy shots, and billing statements were incorrect. Additionally they have a high turnover of nurses and on several occassions did not know how to administer injections. I had ZERO confidence in the front desk help, the nurses, etc. On the first few visits the doctor said allergies would be relieved by 1 - 2 years allergy immunotherapy with weekly injections. After several months they said I needed 5 years of shots. This place just wants your money without providing adequate care. Be Warned, stay away from this place! It was a huge waste of time and money for me."

"I should have read the reviews first. Multiple complaints about the front desk staff and even the treatment of first time patients. We experienced that on our first visit. The attitude was so bad we just asked for our insurance cards back and said, "We'll go elsewhere." We were 5 minutes early. We were told, with a horrible attitude to boot, because we weren't 20 minutes early, they were cancelling us????The irony is the long list of complaint reviews here on Google about everyone being forced to wait 20 minutes even though they show up on time. So you want the patients to be 20 minutes early, but you have no problem making everyone wait 20 minutes on you. I have been to many first time appts where I wasn't finished with the paperwork when I got called back to see the Dr. I simply took it back to the exam room and continued working on it till the Dr. arrived. Even if not finished by the end, I can sit out in the waiting area and finish before I leave. (never had to go that far but it sure is an option). What is not an option is to be talked down to when I took time off of work and waited weeks for this appt.........and again.......I was early. Not just early enough for them. These are all clear signs that the business model is about how fast we can turn over exam rooms and shots versus spending any amount of quality time with patients. I hope all these complaints signal to the doctors that they need a customer service overhaul. But nonetheless, there are too many options for care to let anyone treat you like a lesser person. Just go elsewhere folks."
