"So I really liked this dental group. It was the second dental group in my entire 42 years that I ever felt comfortable with. But then today, because I felt like the lady got disrespectful with me, and I tried to explain to her how she made me feel by not listening to what I was saying from what I had comprehended and understood, she got rude with me and told me she wasn’t trying to argue. I was not trying to argue at all. I was trying to explain to her what I knew throughout the process. I told her an in comment she said thanks for the feedback. All I was looking for is I’m sorry and I’ll try to do better next time . I apologize to her and told her that I wasn’t trying to argue and I appreciated everything that she did to fix my teeth. That should’ve been the end of the conversation but as we walk to the front office, she tells the lady upfront that I probably wanted to talk to her about her and I wasn’t going to say anything . So with that being said, I told the lady upfront, and she also said that I very argumentative and gave me a 30 day eviction notice for stating my opinion and trying to understand things that I was not understanding. I was not rude. I was not disrespectful and kindly told them that I just wish she acted like she cared about how I felt and then I thought she should try to do better the next time . If this is the kind of business that someone runs, I no longer want to be a part of it. I did absolutely nothing wrong, but state my opinion and try to understand what was going on. This is very foul and unfair. I would not recommend this dental group to anyone because of this, even though I thought they were a great dental group to begin with, and I really like the dentist. I also have a witness to the whole entire conversation who also says that I was not disrespectful in anyway, and then I even thanked her for doing everything she did to save the cap for my tooth . I would like the owner to contact me! I am highly upset!!"

I am 73 years old and have been to dentist many times through the years, not one of them compared to the care that this group of people will give you. The staff is determined to make sure they have covered every aspect of your visit. From the receptionist to the dentist themselves it is a top notch facility. Your comfort and care is their main concern. I highly recommend them. Amazing experience!"
