"Everyone is kind and caring at Woodman DOC you can interact with the clients as well because we share the same issues. I try my best to make others comfortable and act accordingly. Dr. Smith did my outpatient surgery last month he has a gentle touch. Both professionally and personally. Grace is always kind, caring, and fun. Shondra in the surgical center is impressive with her bright, pleasant personality, and shows youthful compassion. Bertha is pleasant and enjoyable, she always knows you. Also, you’ve done remarkably well with finding Rowan, he’s intuitive, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend Dayton Outpatient Center to anyone."

"I'm ticked that I even have to leave one star. I've been waiting for this app today. I sat there for 3 hours just to be treated like I was nothing by Yolanda. One of the rudest most non caring people I had ever met. Knows I'm in pain seeing my results. Tells me I have arthritis but won't prescribe me anything for pain because she doesn't have my medical records when idk how because EVERYONE ELSE I SEE DOES! no compassion at all! I sat there crying in pain for 3 hours and for what? She laughed at me when I was walking out the door and I said I'm glad my pain makes you laugh. She knew she was caught and said she was just trying to clear her throat. Lying pos! I'm in pain. I go to pain management for help and they do NOTHING!! WAY TO GO GUYS! YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE!"

"My Dr is the best. He makes me feel like he really cares about me. I know he has a lot of patience but he makes me feel special as he probably does all of the people he takes care of. It's kind of hard to navigate when you're in a wheelchair but everyone is very helpful and very nice"

"This year "2023" the pain management office has run smoother than it ever has during my years of going to DOC. The staff seems happier and I must commend them. Once in a while I have witnessed some extremely rude people towards them for things that are completely out of their control. It's hard watching them being treated so badly, but they handle these situations and do their best to calm the person and direct them to the correct department or person they need to speak with. Jacquelyn P. is a true asset to DOC she is professional, easy to talk with, always has an answer for my questions and is a genuinely a caring person plus her and her assistant (whom is always pleasant) do a great job of keeping my appointments on time which is greatly appreciated. I definitly recommend DOC!"
