"Seriously DO NOT choose them. They should shut off their business and learn to be a human first. I’ve been waiting my appointment with Dr Franer for half month and they canceled it blaming me being late, which is not my fault. My appointment was at 8am, and I was notified I should be there half hour early. But when we were there at 7:30, the building was dark inside and the door was not open. We found the paper on the door “You must call to check in from your car and we will call you and tell you when to enter.” We called the number twice in their parking lot and it automatically says the office is closed. We made a third call right at 8 o’clock, but the call never went through. After the third call, we decided to just walk in rather than call to check in, and see what hell is going on. Then front lady literally told us “Your appointment has been canceled because you are late” with a mean and rude attitude. She said she opened the door at 7:40ish, but 7:40 is not the time I was told. Also, if patients can just walk in, why they still have that “must call to check in” paper on the door? Another irritating part is that we tried to seek for help from an employee who entered the building before 8, she gave me an indifferent and impatient look after I told her who I am and reason Im here. She literally said “Well the office was still closed,” then she shut the door leaving me outside. Such a horrible experience. Can’t believe this is the way they treat their patients. Stay away from this place."

"I have been going here for over 9 years they are excellent and they take the time to explain what is going on with the symptoms you have. They do have a sliding pay scale , they accept all insurances. They are great with kids, they do notify you the day before your appointment if they see something in a test result they do call you immediately I definitely give corwin Nixon center a 5 star. All the staff are amazing sweet and caring"

"Dr. NJ is the best. He's calming, he listens, and he will spend as much time with you as you need. The front desk staff are always friendly, they're pretty funny too! Even if they are having a bad day, they'll do their best to stop what they're doing and help you. The nurses are wonderful! They genuinely care about you and what you are going through."

"This place needs an updated review. The previous one seem to be a few years off. I've been going to Corwin Nixon for 2yrs now. The staff has always been nothing but polite and friendly to me. I have easily struck up conversations with the girls at the desk. My doctors medical assistant is awesome, always friendly even when you can tell she's having a bad day, always very encouraging. As for my doctor I can't say enough. I see Dr.Matthew Noordsij-Jones (Dr. NJ as he better known as.) He has always listened to me and done what ever he could to come to a solution. He is very supportive of most of my decisions as far as my Type II diabetes and choices about getting pregnant after 30."
