"I had an appointment at 8:30 am gps took me to physical therapy side. I then get to the right location before 8:40am but they was another person in front of me by the time they got to me it was 8:41. She then said she had to reschedule me I’m like ma’am i know you seen me walk through these doors before 8:40am you had someone in front. But i bet if I was a white man they would of still got me back there. But it’s cool I will rather be in pain then to go back here. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and whoever I can make a complaint with."

"As for Cindy whoever. Yes you do need to have your staff trained to explain to people of what’s going on in the office when YOUR patients are there. Carozza s assistant came in the room with another knee brace cut the straps fitted it to my leg then after all that was done he decide to bring the paperwork I signed. Dr. Carozza is a great knee dr and I would suggest him to anybody. My first acl surgery was excellent. 8 years later I had another accident that stretched my acl to the point it needed replaced. So I had another acl done. BUT MRI imaging obviously can’t see everything because they said it wasn’t stretched. Now I think they should have replaced my lcl as my knee still buckles."
