"I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care my co worker and I received with Dr. Ashley and Jada! We had an emergency situation that we thought wld require stitches and called ahead to explain the situation and talked to Jada. From that phone call until the time we left we had the BEST care! Dr. Ashley Ryan and Jada took the time to go over everything b4 they did anything and had us laughing and leaving with smiles. I was just so so so impressed and I just can’t thank Dr. Ashley Ryan and Jada enough!"

"I reserved a time online. There was no one in the lobby when I arrived (7:20pm on a Monday). Staff was quick to help, personable, and made me feel welcome. Parking is in a small garage underneath the building. Would come here again for quick care."

"The staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. I am handicapped and have severe mobility issues. The clinic is in a building with outdoor stairs...and a broken end elevator. I had a bit of a meltdown. They tried to find another appointment for me at another facility, but it was a wait, and being a holiday weekend, my husband and I were concerned that any prescription would be unavailable for days. In the end, I was able to get in the building with assistance. The staff did what they could to accommodate me and were very kind, but in the end if I had been alone, I would NOT been able to get into the building for my appointment. Staff 5+ stars, facility 2 stars."

"After a few visits to get my throat taken care of, the staff worked with me to get things rolling for a in network provider to continue care. It was beyond what I expected and am very grateful for the assistance. Most places do not listen to you and treat you like cattle, get 'em in get 'em out mentality. I felt listened to and felt at ease buy the level of treatment with the staff at this location. Thank you for caring."

"Should have gone here from the get go but opted for a different urgent care because it was closer. Never again. This place is well worth the drive. Made an appointment online, got back when we arrived and was treated so well the entire visit. My child now has the proper diagnosis and medication to help her feel better. Both professionals at this location treated us as if they were glad we were there and not like an inconvenience like we experienced at a different urgent care under a different Health Network. Have always had wonderful experiences with Premier and will continue to go no matter how far out of the way it is for us."
