"Had a procedure on the 8th. Was told 1-2hr recovery time. Was in and out of building within 30. Previously were told I don’t do well with anesthesia and were already told I deal with vertigo. This did not bother the post care nurse at all especially when asking my husband what he does with me when I am blacked out and continuing to load me into my van. They treated me like garbage and lied on the discharge paperwork regarding my leaving conditions. When made complaint, instead of being sympathetic I get a run around about his own surgery couple weeks ago and how he was fine and how basically I’ll be okay, this is after I had to continue to call back because no phone call was returned like stated. They care more about a pay check and keeping themselves on time, then actually taking care of their patients in need. Don’t recommend."

"I have nothing but good to say about this group, nurse staff is amazing and caring, both doctors are amazing I spent 8 months trying to get a doctor to listen to me and help me and dr. Gandhi did that for me, he has turned my illness around so much and I’m so happy and pleased, everything has been so smooth I’ve been listened to and helped. Hands down the best place I’ve been for treatment and help. A saving grace for me honestly. Front desk staff also awesome they listen they don’t have an attitude which is usually what I get in my experience, all around great care, amazing bed side manner and drive to help and make sure everyone is taking care of. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE"

"Didn't review my symptoms or do any sort of exam. Kept trying to say I had symptoms that I do not have and ignoring me when I said "No I am not experiencing that," just continuing as if I said nothing and not letting me explain what my symptoms actually are. Told me I should take ozempic -- my endo does NOT recommend this -- despite already having unexplained weight loss plus severe abdominal pains, nausea and vomiting. Gave me a medication with an FDA black box warning for side effects that has made symptoms worse. The office staff were great, but the Dr.? Steer clear. I regret taking any of his advice."

"I have nothing but great things to say about my multiple visits. The staff here, from the front desk to the doctors are absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember all the names of the people that I came in contact with but I can't....Nurse Cheryl and Dr. Roopa are fantastic. Obviously nothing about going to a GI doctor is fun, but everyone here made what could be a very uncomfortable situation into a much more bearable one. I thank you all again for your thorough, professional and caring work. I hope to not have to see a GI doctor for at least another 10 years, but if I do I will absolutely choose Gandhi GI."
