"If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5! Couldn’t get my newborn into the doctors until she was 4 weeks old!! Said she needed a tongue tie and lip tie cut and would send referrals. Had this discussion multiple visits and still no referral was sent. She’s 4 months and STILL NO REFERRAL!! Couldn’t bare the pain anymore so I had to switch to formula when I wanted to keep breastfeeding, couldn’t get that prescription filled for at least 2 weeks after her appointment. Trying to move pediatricians and their process is sooo aggravating. Every time you talk on the phone it’s a different person saying a different policy. The doctors are cool but LAZYYYY! Do not take your child here if you care about their care!!!"
"Doctor Jeremy is amazing my daughter O'Dessah loves seeing him. But she was scheduled for a weight check today, and we was stuck on 35 and couldn't find parking in their garage. So by the time we made it, we was late I explained I came from Fairborn and traffic and parking and I even asked the lady at the door to please ask the doctor's receptionist to see if they can ask the doctor to squeeze her in just to check her weight.. That lady didn't move and didn't ask nothing. And for that reason I have changed pediatricians. Thank you for everything Doctor Jeremy! Ur awesome. It's the ones that don't listen when asked to speak with the doctor's they don't move out their seat. And all the while O'Dessah was puking right in the doorway."
