"Honestly, this review is really just so that I know it'll eventually come across the eyes of equitas policy makers, still a 5 star experience compared to my former medical care with HRT, however; Shorter appointments does not equal better care, this just means less attention, creating an environment where we will likely overlook mentioning important medical fluctuations, especially for neurodivergent patients. Unless you're doubling the staff, it will also lead to a more exhausted and less focused medical team. The timing of this change coinciding with changes to Ohio law is alarming"

"Can’t ever get an appointment and when I’m told they tun open clinic for walk ins on Wednesday, I get told it’s canceled for the day. No appointments til May, actually. If I need something sooner, I need to call at 7:30am the same day and an appointment MIGHT be available. So much for getting help when you’re sick. No clue why this is my primary care at this point."

"Tried in vain for two months to get an HIV test, kept getting the runaround. I was redirected to planned parenthood or their Columbus office. Their pr person since followed up to find out what happened and ... Idk never heard back from them either. Good thing I got tested elsewhere, I wouldn't want to trust this place with a worse disease where your autoimmune system is deficient."

"Equitas USE to be great. Circa 2015. Now it seems there is ALWAYS some kind of issue. The staff is rude and nasty. Good luck getting anyone on the phone or getting a call back. Most recently, my husband and I got a call from the pharmacy saying the doctors office denied our prescription refills until we were seen again. Mind you, we are seen every 6 months and have been on the same medications for over 10 years. So now I'm scrambling trying to get refills sent over for at least my inhaler and breathing treatment solution that I am currently out of and can't go the weekend without. I guess I'll be spending some time in the emergency room this weekend so that I'll be able to breathe. Time to find a new doctor. I would caution anyone considering coming here to think twice."

"Sad the reviews are so low but each experience one has with the medical system is dependent on so many factors - our experience with Equitas has been nothing but responsive and the care excellent - we see 4 separate doctors here ( one for gender affirming care ) and they each hold each other accountable for my care - thank you! [ We worked health insurance from the insurance side - we know y'all are run down to bone and are still going - like seriously thank you, hopefully you can reach those who've fallen through the cracks ]"
