"I am writing this review based solely on Dr. Frilling. I have been a patient at SWOENT for about 20 years under the care of several of their doctors in which I am indifferent with my opinions. I have a distrust of doctors and hospitals and try to avoid them at all costs. In September of 2023, I became a patient of Dr. Frillings after having a perforated eardrum and a muffled feeling in my left eardrum. I suffered horribly from allergies as a child as well as earaches. I believe I have PTSD when it comes to my ears as I cannot stand having my ears examined and I cannot stand ear drops. I get anxiety and emotional any time I have to have drops, have my ears examined or even the thought of it. I talked to Dr. Frilling about my fears and he was very respectful and caring. He asks me every time if it is okay that he looks in my ears and he always asks me during and after if I am okay. Because of my eardrums being so retracted, bilateral hearing loss and a few other things he suggested surgery. It took a month or so of thinking and praying about it and I finally scheduled it. I can’t count how many times I wanted to cancel leading up to it as my anxiety was through the roof. Yesterday was the day, and Dr Frilling came into the room and talked to me about my fears, answered all my questions, and then asked my husband if he had any questions. Then he did something I have never had a doctor do. He asked if he could pray for me. Any patient has a right to decline the offer, but for me, it was exactly what I needed as I prayed for him and the surgery before they prepped me. I was moved so much by this and said absolutely, he prayed along with the nurses and my husband. All my anxiety and fears melted away. It was the last thing I thought about as they put me under and the first thing I thought about when I came to. I have never ever had a doctor that is so incredibly caring and respectful and then on top of that prays for me. For me personally, with all the trauma with my ears, going to the ENT is how some may feel going to a dentist, the fear and anxiety is real. Dr. Frilling is the absolute best doctor I have ever had and while I am not a fan of having my ears examined, I will have a lot less anxiety knowing it will be him caring for me for my future visits."

"I’ve been a patient here for about two years at the recommendation of my mom, who has seen Dr. Collins for ages. Generally I’ve been pleased with the care that I’ve received but recently I was in the waiting room and noticed a magazine spewing horrific anti-LGBTQ propaganda. I get that people are entitled to say and believe what they want but I am also entitled to an opinion and to me, it was simply unacceptable to have in a physician’s office. I will not be returning and I would STRONGLY advise any LGBTQ+ individuals to avoid this practice."

"Dealt with Dr. Szelestey because I had Thyroid Cancer. He removed my thyroid and made sure I was taken care of properly. Everyone in this office is so nice and it's a good place to go if you need ENT Specialists."

"Went here to have an MRI. They were friendly at the entrance and helpful getting me to where I needed to go. Got checked in quickly and didn't have to wait long before being taken back for my MRI. The MRI itself was, as usual, very easy. The tech did a great job and made the process smooth and painless. Thank you!"

"This place is overwhelmed and understaffed. There are a couple descent doctors, however, the entire system needs revamped. If you want to live, fight for yourself. Doctors wont do it. That's for sure. They are rude, dirty, unprofessional, and exhibit ZERO CARE. I have a year of videos to prove it. If you have cancer, be prepared for the fight of your life..literally. Insurance dictates lives. Doctors see you about 10 minutes while you are passed along from person to person with no explanations. You better pay your Bill's on time tho, or ,you can be dropped from a doctors care. This is a business. And they are making great money! The patient care however is below acceptable. One doctor didnt even have a working light to observe head and neck cancer?? There are good services offered here, but, not many good people to run it. Therefore, it's a testing center..not a care center."
