"When I started going to the office, I had Angela Keeton (the nurse practitioner at the time) and she was great. When she left, I went to the new nurse practitioner at the time for one appointment and I switched to Dr. Javanov permanently. He's a great doctor, really down to earth even when I'm not. The only 2 problems I have is the poor guy is so damn busy, it's hard to get an appointment and the staff is a sometimes rude on the phones, but they are fine in person. OH! And I almost forgot, according to the office manager, their billing system is charging a 1 year old a copay directly and only reason I found out was I got it from a debt collector in my son's name. So, 3 problems. Sorry. So to sum it up, Dr. J great, staff in person nice, staff on phones and in business roles kind of rude and not completely understanding their roles in the system. Don't let the rude individuals deter you from using this office if you need a good doctor because most of the staff you will come in contact with are actually kind with their patients."

"Let me first say that I love Dr J. Dr. Fujimura is great too. However - you can imagine my surprise when I called to make an appointment for my child - a long time patient, who was showing signs of strep throat, only to be told they are NOT SEEING SICK PATIENTS. I asked the receptionist why and what exactly am I supposed to do and she tells me to take my child to the ER. I asked again, not because I don't under but because it is completely absurd for a doctor to not see sick patients. I was then transferred to the office manager, who told me since covid was on the rise, sick patients weren't being seen, as to not infect their well patients. SO....why not stagger appointments or make the well patients wait? We ended up going to the Kroger little clinic, where the nurse practitioner who was also several months pregnant - happily saw my child and prescribed the meds needed for strep throat. We will be changing doctors."

"I dnt like the lazy new staff the old staff was wonderful but the doctors the doctors especially dr jonvanvo awsome great person straight forth n cares he dnt gamble with you issue an get you together me n my family luv this doctor been with him i had my first born n he 16 awsome"

"I've been going to this practice for about 16 years. I always liked Dr. Wittberg but since she retired, I've been handed off to the nurse practitioner. Today, I home tested positive for Covid with symptoms. I called to ask what to do and was told I should wait 5 days then make an appt to establish care with another doctor there. I have seen every doctor there at least once over the years when Dr. W was not available. Now that I'm really sick I need to establish care? And if I wait 5 days, any antiviral meds will be ineffective. I'm disappointed in the lack of care."

"The Absolute Worst experience of my life! Although Angela was ok, I didn't feel she did everything as a Doctor and put off my complaints about chest issues. She said I need a mammogram and colonoscopy yet did not order it. I feel they diagnose patients with issues they really do not have. The receptionist Aaliya was the most unprofessional, rude and argumentative towards patients ever...She was very condescending and gave me my lab reports over the phone breaking hippa laws. I tried talking to Office Manager Chasiddy and still was met with Rudeness. I will never return again...."
