"I waited at the window to drop off a prescription for at least 5 mins. There were no other customers there at the time and 3 women working in the pharmacy. none of which even acknowledged me even though I know at least two of the saw me. A woman got in line at the “pick up” counter and someone came out to help her right away, even with me still standing there. So I went and got in line behind the woman at the pick up counter so I could actually get some help. When I told the pharmacy tech that I had an Rx to drop off, she said, “you’ll have to go down to the drop off window, I can’t do that here.” To which I replied, “How long am I supposed to wait there for someone to help me? I know you saw that I’ve been here for 10’mins. now”. She told me she’d send “her right over”.after another few mins, one of the other women came over with an attitude like I was interrupting her work. She was very rude and seemed happy to tell me they didn’t have what I needed in stock. I will never attempt to fill another prescription at Costco in Plain City."

"BEWARE: Gaslighting, medicine-shaming, and rampant sexism at the pharmacy. Avoid at all costs. I recently called the pharmacy, asking which manufacturer produces the generic medicine I take. I need to transfer my Rx from out of state, and am highly sensitive to certain fillers found in some versions of this generic drug. (I have ADHD and this medicine is, unfortunately, highly stigmatized.) The woman (who I believe said she was the lead pharmacist?) essentially drug-shamed me, and told me it’s against Costco policy to give that information out over the phone. I explained that I’d need my provider to send the Rx electronically, and that I want to be sure it goes somewhere that can actually fill it with what I know my body can tolerate. She told me there was no way she could help me without arriving with Rx in hand to the pharmacy—that doing so was against “federal regulation.” I had called 4 other pharmacies before calling this particular Costco. Every single one provided the manufacturer’s name. (Sadly, none of which carried what I needed.) This situation with the lead pharmacist rattled me so much that my husband then called another Costco and spoke to a male pharmacy tech. He explained that he was calling on behalf of his wife, and stated the same story: that we were establishing care in a new state and need a new pharmacy that carries X manufacturer’s generic version of my medicine. The tech very kindly told my husband that yes, they carry the brand and would be glad to order it. I’m outraged, frankly. The female pharmacist at this Costco gaslit me, lied to me, and belittled me for advocating for myself and my health. This ableist, sexist, and woman-on-woman aggressive behavior should NOT be overlooked, and I suggest everyone—especially women needing medication of any kind—avoid this pharmacy. It’s shameful that anyone in healthcare providing a service to the community would be so cold and heartless to someone seeking help. I truly hope Costco investigates this further."

"- They are superfast in refilling the prescription (mostly within one to two hours of getting notified) - Same is the case with new prescription medication. - Also, if you have a bad insurance plan or no insurance, don’t worry, it is always CHEAPER to get medicines using your costco membership card."

"There's absolutely nothing wrong with this pharmacy that would warrant a 1 star review. They are knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. The drug prices are very good too. Great pharmacy."
