"I have been coming here close to 20 years. My 1st dog was being seen by Dr Nancy Kelly until she retired where I selected Dr McQuade as the replacement. She took wonderful care of my Norton until the time came.....Then when we got Obie she took care of him as well. But Obie is a handful when he is being seen so extra steps have to be taken. I am more then pleased when I come in.They are always good to us."
"Very caring staff in recent passing of two of my older pets, whom they cared for and treated. Especially recently when I brought my dog in to be euthanized (because of masses in her lungs that made it hard for her to breathe) and she collapsed on the floor in the lobby. Two of the assistants jumped right in and picked her up and carried her into the exam room. Everyone was so caring and compassionate at her passing. Everyone is always helpful in answering questions I have about treatment or care of my pets. I have new kittens that will be cared for here now, too."
