Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered the heart shaped pizza, hot wings, and boneless wings. The pizza was so thin and pathetic my 9 year old and 13 year old wouldn’t even eat it. They love pizza! The traditional wings were so chewy and disgusting and there was a huge fatty piece that I couldn’t understand why it was in the wings. The only true edible part were the boneless wings, the entire meal was cold. Awful never again. I also had to cut it myself."

"I don't know what happened to Papa Johns, but not only have they gone downhill, they rolled through the city dump on the way down. I would swear I just spent $15 on a frozen, microwaved pizza. I asked for well done, but got an undercooked "pizza" that looks like a 5 year old cut it. Avoid this Papa Johns and go to somewhere else. I couldn't even finish one slice, I feel like I'm going to get sick eating this undercooked piece of wet, floppy bread. I only ate the crust. I won't even feed this to my dogs because this piece of trash masquerading as pizza doesn't deserve to come out the other end and lay on my beautiful grass."

"I placed an online order for almost $30 and selected cash as my form of payment. I get to the restaurant to pick up my order and the unsauced wings were sauced. Rather than complain I proceeded to pay for my order with a $50 and the lady behind the counter acted like I was handing her a snake. She then directed me to a small sign on the door that says nothing over $20:is excepted. I asked her how I was supposed to know that before 20 minutes as there was nothing mentioned about that when placing my online order. She stated it was company policy and there was nothing she could do about it. I had no choice but to cancel my order. The irony of it is that I placed the same order at a different location right after and they had no problem excepting my $50."

"Was a regular, never again ever! After the way the shift manager treated and verbally abused my wife on the phone over being polite about asking for them to remake a pizza that had barley any sauce, not well done as ordered not for a refund! Me thinking to myself wow whoever’s having a bad day I’m gonna go up to the store and ask! I was polite she immediately became irate with me screaming it’s 2024 customers aren’t right anymore I was stunned seriously this women doesn’t deserve to be in any type of management role"

"Ordered pizza 2 nights ago. Wanted a thin crust with pepperoni and chicken. Got a regular crust with pepperoni and bacon. Called them and they said we could get another one that night or next time. We said next time. Fast forward 2 days. We order online and then call and ask for the free one to be added. The assistant manager Josh had a nasty attitude about it and said well now it'll be longer. We said ok that's fine. Pizza came and all they did was remake the previous one. Josh got real nasty about it and tried to tell us that we can get it next time. We tell him no. We want it now. So now we have to wait another half hour to get the pizza. Will not be ordering from here again, which is a shame because we always order a lot of food and tip the drivers very well."
