"We received a coupon in the mail in February 2024 (valid for 90 days) for a free, large 1 topping pizza as part of a welcome to Norton package. I called to redeem the coupon & apparently the new owners that took over in November 2023 don't want to honor these coupons. How disappointing and not a good way to gain new customers. The lady I spoke to on the phone was kind and so I have nothing against her. However, the new owners don't have customer service in mind which is not good for a restaurant business."
"We loved tomassos under its previous owners. Now that it's reopened, we tried it out. Give it a few months at least (it's early Feb 24 right now) pretty sure our server was the only one working and doing everything. In 45 min all we had was soft drinks, and waited probably 20 min for a refill which we had to ask for. After our meal was well gone and we were just sitting around, it was about another 45 of no acknowledgement until we had to yell for our bill from the other side of the dining room. I'm sure it's still early on in the new ownership so there are going to be rough days & bumps in the road, but give it some time for them to get things up and running in full swing to go there."
"Save your money and buy a frozen pizza. The quality will be better. We were told it's new ownership, ordered a large Hawaiian pizza paid 22 dollars, what a joke. The Lady working the cash register was not pleasant. To the new owners, you ruined a decent restaurant"
"The quality of food has been hit or miss here over the last few months. Tonight was really good, But the price is increased dramatically... $24 for Alfredo with broccoli and cauliflower. It has priced me out of coming here as regularly as we did."
