"I have been ordering from Dominos for quite some time & was always satisfied until now , first of all when I tried to order online ( like I always do ) it would not let me redeem my points , second the pizzas were supposed to be $6.99 each & it kept charging me $ 8.99 , when I finally called the RUDE woman who answered was foreign , could not understand her & when I politely asked her to slow down cause I was having a problem understanding her she hung up on me , not once but 3 times , I had my son call back , he also had a hard time understanding her but got the order thru that she repeated the ingredients 3 times & when we got the pizzas they were wrong , I will never order from there again unless they correct these problems"
"My pizza wasn't done the dough was gooey and when I called the Manger was very rude and refused the replace or refund my money back. She wouldn't give her name either. She screamed in my ear very unprofessional like and hung up the phone. I complained to corporate that lady was the rudest person I spoke with in a long time."
