"I’ve been eating here for years, and was leery of new ownership. For the most part, the food is still pretty good. The lo mein definitely doesn’t taste same. And the steamed dumplings are totally different and not as good. I miss the old ones."
"I been eating here for 12 years. This 5 star is for the previous owners. I haven't tried it since it changed owners but I was saddened when I heard they sold it to new owners and I feel I must speak out for the previous owners and thank them for 12 wonderful years of delicious food for myself and family and for everything always prepared so nicely. Again I want to be clear this is based on my 12 years eating here under the previous owners and not the new owners because I haven't tried it yet under the new owners."
"My family and I have been frequenting here since it first opened. I have always been treated so kindly, and the food has always been wonderful. I know the ownership has recently changed, and it is not the same. This doesn't mean better. This doesn't mean worse. For now, it does not mean anything other than just different. For a comparison, I ordered some of our regular stuff with a different meal as well. My sesame chicken and Singapore chow mei fun were not as good. They were good, but not as tasty. The Sesame chicken had less flavor, and my noodles had much less bite to them and much less meat in it than previous. With our wonton soup, the broth was tasty, but the dumplings did not chew right and kind of stuck to my teeth in a weird manner. Our spring rolls and egg roll were the BEST. They were perfect. I also got a meal purposely I had never had before so as not to compare to a different cook. We got the four seasons. This may be my new favorite, especially if my noodles aren't going to have a kick anymore. We are absolutely going to go back. This places tenure and how they've served us and our community for so long gives this place a standing 5 star to me. If they are going to keep it from us though, I do think there is some figuring to do in the kitchen yet."
"Ordered white rice and got yellow fried rice for all of the dinners I ordered. Chicken lo mein is not the same it tastes smoky. Orange chicken was ok. But my family is mad about the rice."
