"Ordered a pizza with half meat as one vegetarian and one meat eater sharing and they put the meat on the whole pizza, called and they are saying they can send one as It was ordered but not for an hour 1st time ordering here and the last can't even pay attention to simple direction! Not difficult to put meat only on half not the whole thing"

"Very disappointed! Tried ordering 2 12in subs for 17.49 and they tried charging us 18.99. They would not honor their online coupon that didn't expire until the end of the month!"

"So far, the food and service has always been good. We love that we have a local East of Chicago. They keep the premises nicely updated and clean, the people have been friendly, and our pizzas have always been hot and made correctly."

"Okay, so I heard lots of good things about this place because my fiancé had used to work here. I decided to give it a shot- big mistake. So, to get things started- the woman who took my order had a very big attitude and even went as far as telling me I didn’t need to “order this much food” (I only ordered 7 pizzas for my daughters party) but anyways, I finally picked up my order after about 30 minutes of waiting, and when I did, there was a long piece of of hair in one of my pizzas and some white stuff that looked like mucus or something. I threw the pizza away and was very skeptical about the other pizzas so I threw them away. When I went up to the counter and asked what was going on with the way my pizza was, all of the workers just ignored me and I swear I saw one of them in the back flip me off and roll their eyes. I eventually just left- not going here ever again."

"We ordered a medium and a large pizza I asked for no black olive and no onion on my taco pizza I said it was for delivery, she said okay anything else I said no and she said okay that will be about 1hour and 15 minutes and hung up on me without asking for a name a phone number or a address so I had to call back and ask to make sure they had my address. She took like 10 to even find my actual order and asked about the address and she said yeah, but when you ask for delivery they should ask for phone number address and name durning the call instead of the customer calling to make sure they have the information. Also 1 hour 20 minutes later we get our order but Come to find out there are black olives and onion on my taco pizza that I just waited over an hour for so I called back and told them the issue and she said would you like a credit or remade and sent out I said remade and sent out, she said okay and she didn't reconfirm with me that it was going to my address nor did she ask for name or phone number or give a time for the pizza being delivered, so 40 minutes later I finally got the pizza I ordered. Ridiculous get your customer service under control because I should have had to call back 5 times just for 1 order."
