"Over 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order to be packed for delivery during which the whole time the food and drinks were left sitting on the counter to get cold and melt.The manager on duty continued to ignore the order also instructing her employees to service other customers ahead of the delivery orders first at least three separate times. Treatment such as this continually results in cold food, melted ice in the drinks, and late deliveries do to poor mobile customer order handling practices. Truly unpleasant and unprofessional."
"Went to drive thru took awhile for someone come to window for mobile order. Got dinner box home burgers was dry as hell. Overcooked. One on Manchester rd is better than Barberton. Good better tasting than this place. I’m going to get hold of district they have workers there who shouldn’t be"
"I ordered on the app then went through the drive thru to pick up. I waited in line, and then they had me pull up and wait for another 10 mins. Had plenty of time to cool it"
"I had those chicken sandwiches and they were without a doubt the worst sandwich that I have ever gotten. I tried to call the store about how dried and burnt they were and without a drop of sauce or condiments on them, but they would not answer their phone. I will never go back to that store again. And when did the price of medium fries go up to nearly $4? They were burnt and no catsup or salt added. Horrible food. Garbage. I recommend dining elsewhere."
