"Long time customer. Usually a bar side patron with excellent service from Ambur and the rest of the bartenders. Sat restaurant side last night with Carol as our waitress and had one of the best experiences ever. Great food and phenomenal service. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone."
"There were very few people in the restaurant when we dined. My buddy and I both got a low cost steak. It was tender enough but not at all flavorful. We would have rather spent a like amount at a different restaurant. Steaks should start out as good and work their way up with better cuts. Great atmosphere and great service did not mitigate a very mediocre meal."
"Very disappointed, overrated, hot food was cold, I ordered chicken parmesan, meat was overcooked & tough, spaghetti was stiff like it was made yesterday. My ex said his baked potato was cold & hard. Out of 3 different items on the menu for our party of 4, they were out of meatloaf, pulled pork & most dessert items. For this type 1 diabetic, I can get milk & rolls at home; fortunately I had candy bar given to me for my plummeting blood sugar due to slow service. Manager deducted 2 out of 4 meals. Waste of time for my son's birthday, we had hoped it would be special & memorable definitely an unforgettable bad experience. We had reservations. I won't go back."
"Celebrated my husbands birthday with my mother in law tonight. It was pretty busy but everything including our drinks came out in a reasonable time. Our waitress was clearly very busy but was very attentive. My mother & law & myself had the prime rib, it was awesome! My husband really enjoyed his steak too. We love the Green Diamond & will definitely be back soon!"
"Awful. Saw the reviews and was hopeful. We went tonight, service was slow, although not busy. I ordered the chopped sirloin with mashed potatoes and chili. Didn't get my chili until having to ask for it. Main dish and sides cold. My sirloin was rare, I ordered it medium well. My sibling ordered the prime rib medium and got well done. Also got cold sides. Would certainly not eat here again. The only thing good about this place was the drinks."
