Fabio's Pizza Cleveland

"I ordered from this restaurant on 12/18/23. First of all I called the restaurant to see if I could change the small pizza I ordered to a medium size pizza. I was willing to pay the difference for the size that I wanted but the owner didn’t even let me get my question out before he started cussing and saying “F you I am busy”. Then when I went up to the restaurant to retrieve my order the owner proceeded to tell me that he cancelled the order and that I was “CooCoo” and that he wasn’t going to make my order. So yes that upset me because the order was already paid for. Now I am still currently waiting on the “refund” that he insisted was going to be back on my account. I am not sure how this restaurant has been open for “36 years” when the owner treats his customers with such disrespect. I feel as though he should not be a business owner and needs to be shut down."

"Wonderful! Fabio's Pizza in Cleveland is a delicious place to pick up some late night quality food from some friendly folks who care about the food they serve. Open late with piping hot pies! Excellent sandwiches, and don't get me started on the meatballs! Perfect for after a show or late night event. We see a lot of concerts at HOB, The Masionic Temple, Agora, Grog Shop, and more. It's not too far out of the way if you're traveling 90 through Cleveland it's an easy jump on and off the freeway within a few miles. Online ordering is easy as pie! The menu has something for everyone and offers much more than pizza alone. Everything we've ordered has been a gut ,even a hit with our 3 kids, my vegetarian wife, and myself. A well deserved 5 star review! Thank you for always making it a pleasure to stop in ! We're looking forward to our next adventure, which usually leads to a pitstop visit at Fabio's! Love it!"

"Not even worth the one star. Here working from out of town. Ordered 3 dinners and what a joke. Not even worth getting into the details. Terrible customer service. It’s apparent they don’t understand English very well. Food wasn’t good. The chicken parmigiana was ridiculous. It came with slivers of chicken. Not a breaded cutlet. The Alfredo wasn’t any better. The sauce taste like white cheddar cheese from a can. The order was incorrect and they did nothing to fix it. Never ordering from here again. This place is absolutely horrible. Does not belong in Cleveland."

"In town for a concert and staying at a hotel. Not much was open late by the time we got back, but I came across this place. Decided to go for it and order the 4 cheese pizza. Had it delivered to me at my hotel and it was handed right to me by an older Italian man. As he handed it over, he said it was the best pizza in town and to enjoy. Well, he wasn’t lying. It was FANTASTIC. The pizza was so good!! My boyfriend even gave it a 10/10 and he doesn’t do that often. Great food, great service, super fast delivery."
