"Man, I don't get the hate the people hating on them. I order from the Lakewood location using their website about 2-3 times a month, the pizza comes hot and ready in about 30ish minutes. Delivery dude is always nice AF. A couple times they took longer, but that's on high volume days or later at night. Oh, yeah what other pizza joint in the Cleveland area is gonna bring you a pie when you're too messed up to drive anywhere at like 1 am? No one that's who. Big ups to Lakewood Guardian Angels of Pizza."

"Can't believe all the bad reviews and low score. This is the best pizza around. Period. It's just the the very low percent review cuz they're mad. The vast majority that lives it doesn't review. I only did cuz it ridiculous the score is so low."

"Tried to place a delivery and both places refused to deliver to my location, only reason given was because the drivers "don't want to". They are discriminating because of the area despite good people living in these very areas. It's unfortunate that people get refused service because of where they live but they are willing to drive past this location and drive 10 blocks up to deliver. Tony manager at Pearl tried to say that they don't deliver here even though they have in the past after asking why he blamed it on the drivers. I will gladly take my business somewhere else but don't try to lie to customers. It's a cop out and a weak excuse to not serve a community. I left 1 star because it was necessary to leave review but don't be mistaken, this discrimination deserves far less."

"If I could give this place a -100 I would my order was simple half cheese half pepperoni the put pepperoni on the cheese side . They replace the order and the pizza is horrible they didn’t put any sauce on the pizza . I will never order here again and the manager was rude as hell .Nunzio’s on 70th Lorain"

"My family and I have been ordering from nunzios since 1990 when they opened. Recently I am appalled at the service. I have never called in and complained except when delivery time was over 2 hours and called to find out what the deal was. This week beat all I have ever seen though. When I grabbed my pizza from the porch brought it in let the dog out ect. When I opened the box one of the corner pieces of my half sheet pizza was missing. I called the store waited for the female employee to find her manager for about 6 minutes. Manager got on the phone refused to give her name. I explained what was going on and couldn't believe it since I have had this delivery driver many times before. Manager explained oh driver just walked in let me ask. I had to sit there and listen to a driver say I must just be looking gor free stuff along with a few choice words zi got to hear. The Manager allowed this to go on for a few minutes. I then let her know, you know I can hear everything you all are saying I am still on the phone. Then I was told the owner would call me the next day. Two days later I have yet to receive no phone call, apologies or compensation for what happened with my food. As you can see by the picture this was pretty deliberately done. I am updating my review only because after I called back Crystal one of the managers actually cares about customers and was will to talk listen and offer solutions."
