"not normally the type of person to write bad reviews but the service here was terrible!! i came in this evening to get dinner for my pregnant girlfriend, and the workers were extremely rude the whole time, even throwing our food on the counter. i’ve never had a bad experience here and considering the amount of times i’ve been here i am genuinely surprised. don’t take your misery out on others! i just wanted some food!"

"We’ve been to this location quite a few times already since my mom has been in and out of the Cleveland Clinic at Avon. There are SO MANY flavor combinations to choose from, but my go-to is the Orange Ginger Elixir with an energy boost and for the days when I need a little something extra, I like to also get the wheatgrass shot with a freshly-squeezed OJ chaser. Looking forward to trying other smoothies and juices - for when you’re feeling under the weather or even if you just need a little something different, you can’t go wrong with this place and my personal favorite is the one in Avon, OH. "Ordered a smoothie and wrap on lunch today around 1pm. They were pretty busy. Smoothie was watery and seems like it was missing something but I was on a time crunch and I’m almost for certain the wrap was molding. Wish I would have grabbed my receipt. I love pulp always my go to but this location isn’t the best."

"As an avid acai bowl fan, I had not tried Pulp's until today. I like that you can customize your three toppings, and there are many to choose from. The restaurant was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I think the acai bowl base here is the most toned-down of all the places I've tried, but the granola and coconut gave it a very tropical taste."
