"We were served by Owen, he was very kind and welcoming. He recommended an Orange Vanilla Milkshake to me and it was actually really good, he compared it to an orange creamsicle and it lived up to expectation. Overall good experience for my first time at swensons."

"My favorite fast food in North East Ohio! The server, Brett, suggested a combo of strawberry and ginger ale which is delicious! I highly suggest adding this to the menu. Or try it with cherry, could be like a Shirley Temple, will have to come back again to find out!"

"Never really had an issue. However greatly disappointed in my online order for pickup experience. Not sure why the buns are burnt to oblivion. We're dancing on the line of charcoal here. Order missing paid for upcharge items. Not sure what happened."

"Dylan was a great server tonight. He was very helpful at letting me know his favorites. One of which was the galley boy. It was so good. There was just enough sauce on it. He also was super helpful in coming to my car quickly when I put my headlights on. He deserves a raise!"

"Today was the first time I tried Swensons and I’ll never go back. I got a Gally burger it looked good till I bit into it and it wasn’t cooked all the way thorough. The fries tasted like they were fried in salt (they may always be that way I’m not sure). The only thing that was great was the brownie."
