"Food was good only problem I had was I only wanted a piece of chick no sides nothing just chicken breast and they told me I had to buy a platter... so I declined and said I wanted nothing and was just gonna pick off my wife's plate... then the server came back and said her manager approved it for a 6 dollar fee, (which is what it cost when I go to a different location) I still declined but why did it have to be a pain...."

"Had dinner at Chilli's the food was good. Giving one star based in the financial transaction that occurred. The issue I have is when I paid the bill, I gave $100 bill for a check of $70.70. I received back $29.00. When I inquired about the .30 cent, I was informed that "We don't give change because we don't have carry change". "We either round down or up". I asked the young to round down and give me a dollar, this would include the .30 cent I was owed and the .70 cent portion of the bill. She said she couldn't do that. I asked again for my .30 cent and she stated, "Well, I'll have to go and ask a manager because we don't have change". I said that was fine. I just want my .30 cent because the receipt says you gave it to me already. Eventually. I received the .30 cents, but to say I'm disappointed about this interaction would be an understatement. To my knowledge there is no such policy and if there is, this is something the restaurant should place in writing for customers to know."

"We had a wonderful experience at this chili's; the food and service was exceptional. The food was way better than we expected and the menu was very large with much to choose from. We had an app sampler and some entrees and everything came out great. We will definitely be returning again."

"Ordered via door dash. The Fajita Trio was awesome. I think it was better than eating it in the restaurant. I love the condiment container. The chicken quesadilla on the otherhand was mediocre. There was hardly any cheese in it. I wish there was a way to order extra Pico de gallo; can't on the chili's app or door dash app. Please fix this Chili's execs haha"

"Honestly not really anything to complain about other than the beer selection. Even then it's more of a nitpick. The service was amazing. Appetizers were hot fresh and delicious. It was a nice quiet place to grab a beer after hitting up Costco. Chili's is Chili's always good in the neighborhood"
