"Waited 10 minutes just to order beverages. Only 3 other tables in the whole place had customers at them. 5 employees standing around talking to each other. Appetizer came out fast but had to use our napkins as plates. Then waited 30 minutes for our entrees, which were luke warm. Macaroni and cheese with chicken tenders that costs almost $15 should be hot. Now we know why the place was almost empty."
"Our waitress Shelby deserves credit for holding down the fort. I’m not a fan of the food. However, we had kind and timely service despite her being the lone waitress. Furthermore, steer clear of the 6oz shoe leather. Jolly good show."
"Nice place, very nice food (abundant and delicious), nice staffs. However, you must be ready to wait to eat here: wait for seats (even when many seats available), wait to order, wait for food, wait for the bill, wait for them to take the credit card, wait to have the credit card back... I can said that the waits were exhausting, so I came here only when I was invited. When I can make a choice, I would rather go somewhere else. Also, they brought extra food by mistake, they promised not to charge, but they charged."
"Our server was very nice. The place wasn't busy but we waited a LONG time for our food. Then when we got it, we didn't have any silverware. We were told that they ran out and they were wrapping them in the back. Like, the restaurant was empty so I don't get that. They were also out of two dishes we tried to order for appetizers (pretzels and traditional wings)"
