"I just placed an order through the mobile app and went through the drive-thru and you can barely hear the girl's voice because she obviously doesn't want to be there and then when I get to the window she's just barely holding out the drinks so I got to stretch a long way"

"This is hands down the worst BK around. Drive thru waits on 2 people then takes 5 minutes to get their food. Then they take 2 more. Don't want to stress the cook I guess. If you want hot food and fast service the BK on 57 in Lorain is the place to go. Very efficient and know how to run a business."

"EVERY time I come here the food is never hot. Tastes like it’s been sitting out. SO disappointed. I love Burger King :(:(:(:(:( the place also smelled, and there were flies. c’mon guys get it together."

"I spent $30 on food that ended up being old/cold so I called and the manager said he would replace my order. He took my name and told me to come back whenever is good for me. 2-3 weeks later I go back to get my replacement order and the manager on duty tells me it’s already been replaced. I was shocked and explained to her that I haven’t received this replacement she’s talking about so there had to be some mistake. I even kept the receipt just in case they questioned me. She insinuated that I was lying and was trying to get the same order replaced twice. She then offered to replace half the order which I wouldn’t accept because I never got the original replacement she was talking about. She was very rude. I then asked for her boss and she told me she can take my number and name and have the store manager call me when he has time. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I spent $30 on old food and when I’m supposed to get a replacement I’m told rudely it’s already been replaced? Can you imagine the frustration while your hungry dealing with all this? Needless to say at this point I don’t want my food replaced anymore because I won’t return to this restaurant due to bad food quality and bad customer service."

"If there was no stars I would of selected that. Around 11:20 am I went to the drive through to buy a Whopper and sprite for my mom who was admitted to the Clinic. She was looking forward to it. On her first bite , there was an 8th inches hair in the middle of it. It caused my mother to throw up. When I went back to Burger King and talked to a lead there (Janelle) instead apologizing she said,”it happens .” I was furious . The first thing I expected was an apology. When I was there I noticed that all the workers did not have gloves and their hair was not tied up or not in an net. I was disgusted as well as never go back again"
