"I love the social worker Josh. He seems to sincerely care and is trying to help as much as possible. But he is the only one I’ve liked at this place. Haven is extremely disorganized. I gave the social worker Z Monie, D monie,( I couldn’t tell if she said her name with a Z or D,) my dad’s address, because he’s not mentally well and tells them he has nowhere to go and they release him to the homeless shelter every time he’s there. She said she took down his address. I tried to call her multiple times to ask about my dad and she would never return my phone calls. Josh called me to ask if my dad had an address to be sent to, I told him I gave it to the other social worker, she didn’t give him the info. They also had down that my dad abused meth, when he doesn’t. I am finally getting help with my father because of Josh. But for month before this Haven would just jack my dad up on a bunch of drugs and send him right back out the door even though he wasn’t stable. One time they had him on so many drugs I couldn’t understand anything he was saying he was slurring his speech so bad. And the woman with an accent who answers the phone always seems to not care about anything."

"Was truly treated well by quite a few guinuinly kind and caring people. Would love to see the place a bit more sanitary. I hope this place is ready for a day in court. I'll be talking to my lawyer's tomorrow"

"Worse place ever to send a loved one. The facility was untidy, linens dirty, they treated our loved one like a prisoner, they would not let her know that we were calling to check on her, they would not leave requested messages for a doctor or nurse to call family, and the people who answered the phone were extremely rude! This place will make you sick with worry about the treatment, care, and how they talk to your loved one. My loved one was truly terrified of this place. Something took place that has scared her to the point that she begged to be sent to a different place. It’s nothing like the old Good Samaritan hospital who used to treat her years ago. She left more paranoid and anxious than she was when she was admitted. Please don’t send your loved one to this place ever."

"Absolutely worst place you can go to, they didn't know how to do their job, I was prescribed xanax for 8 years and went in for an alcohol detox. They assumed I had got my xanax on the street and put me into a nearly fatal seizure, then leaving me with a 21,000 dollar hospital bill from Miami Valley due to their lack of nursing knowledge!!! 0 out of 5 star experience and I'd never let anyone I know go here! What a joke of a facility. I will be reporting you to the BBB and possibly contacting a lawyer, you have completely ruined my life and made me disabled from the experience, I hope to shut the facility down for the lack of better terms"

"Some of the staff is good/kind/respectful. But much of the other staff was rude. It is crazy they don’t allow family visits. The food is horrible and gave people food poisoning. I would never go back here personally. The doctors try to keep you in as long as they can. They don’t give nerve medication.. except to the ones who fight and argue and raise their voices. But us the regular patients have to see and put up with everything and can’t get anything after experiencing the traumatic experiences of people put in seclusion and staff getting punched. I would not suggest this hell hole."
