My girlfriend stood outside in the cold after knocking on the door and making eye contact with the worker a couple times for more than 20 minutes without any response. Will not be returning for service. Lost a 2 year costumer."

"Fantastic little groomers' shop which has a self-service option! They have two large stainless steel tubs accessible by hide-away ramps for your dog that stow under the sink while in use. I always take my shepherd here because they're extremely outfitted to handle the mess of fur and unfortunate water spray after a very needed dog bath. They provide various options for shampoo (at no additional cost) scrubbing tools, and a rundown on the best way to handle getting your dog cleanest. Even a waterproof apron. The tubs are at table height and the faucet is run out of a steel hose line with a spray attachement, extremely easy to use and plenty long. There are also a couple fisheye hooks mounted in the backsplash for a short leash they provide to keep your dog from making an early exit. The shop also sells treats and toys, medicines, and of course grooming tools and shampoos. It's cozy so help is only a call away, but feels a little crowded when they're busy. First come, first serve on the tubs but I usually come in without my dog first to check if one is available. Prices are extremely reasonable and a great value to keep the mess out of my house, and the staff is always extremely helpful and happy. 100% recommend for large and hairy dog owners that don't want to unclog the bathtub anymore."
