"Traumatizing experience for both me and my cat. They were dismissive of my initial concerns from the start. Then they took my cat to the back, cut her nails without my permission to the point she was bleeding and brought her back muzzled in a bag. It was disgusting to witness. They had a complete disregard for the comfort and safety of my animal and I left with no confidence that my cat is better off after being seen. To top it all off, I was charged more than the agreed upon price for certain treatments. Avoid this place at all costs. My cat has gotten worse after being seen and is traumatized from the experience."
"They were able to fit us in the same day to have our dog looked at. We didn’t have to wait long before seeing the Vet, all of the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic appears to be very clean and well kept."
"Dr. Emma was so understanding and helpful. We didn't get to the bottom of what had my 11year old golden sick but we got her better. They got me in the same day and even though I had to wait, I was so happy to get my girl relief. Highly recommend!"
"This crew helped me out in the dead of night when I found a pit bull puppy on the side of the road. They helped me get her a clean bill of health! I found her a home and she is going to Northview for care now, but only because of location convenience. This crew is wonderful and helpful. 10/10"
