"Everytime we stop by here on a Sunday evening they turn us away stating they don't have the required ingredients to make anything on their menu, but the 3 employees inside were having a blast recording tictok dance videos and enjoying free drink from the fountain. Definitely don't recommend this location due to bad management and poor employees manners."
"The food tasted fine the service was OK. I ordered a bowl off of the menu and the employee didn't know what i was ordering i had to tell her what the menu said so she could make my meal. The problem was the condition of the dining room. The floors were so filthy that when you walked your shoes stuck to the floor. You could see the build up of ditr on the floors. Which makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. I will never eat at this location again!"
"I mistakenly placed an order for this location on the Hot Heads Burrito website on Friday, December 15th. I realized I made a mistake immediately after submitting the order and called them right away so they wouldn't waste their time or money making my food. I am not exaggerating when I say that I called them over 20 times in an effort to cancel my order. After calling this location multiple days, I have concluded that this location can't be bothered to answer the phone. I placed a call and sent an email to headquarters and have still not been contacted by them. I don't appreciate having my money stolen. Since Hot Head can't be bothered by the fact that they essentially stole money from me, by taking my money while not providing a service, I filed a claim with my bank today to dispute the charge on my card of $40.60. What a shame that I have to go to such lengths to resolve this issue."
"The food is fine but the teenagers who were so unenthused to have customers at the moment. All of them were sitting down eating and on their phone's. Very what you want and hurry up attitude. While putting my order together she threw my bag of chips at the register. I will think twice before visiting this location again."
