"Rude employees and the crinkle fries are rubber. Used to be good place, but they have definitely lost a knowledgeable cook. The fries have went downhill so bad that I have mastered the art of air fryer fries. I can now make two large fries at home for like 50 cents. I'm going to give the service a 3 stars only because they helped me stop fast food for good."
"I must have picked the wrong time of day. I was asked to wait at the order board until I was about to pull away and leave. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, no fries, no chicken or anything that might need to cook and still was forced to wait at the window. No customers inside, no one else in line, no idea what the hold up was."
"I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:35. I waited over 30 minutes beyond this for my food. On top of that, the order was messed up and I was missing a mozzarella stick. I had to stand at the register 5 minutes while the worker walked past me multiple times and I eventually had to yell to get her to address me. They also gave me a small drink when I ordered a medium. I would not suggest going there and definitely wouldn't suggest ordering online."
"Took my granddaughter school shopping. She picked Arby's for lunch. Everything was great except the honey mustard was empty at the condiment stand. I told the young lady. She did offer to get me some from behind the counter but never refilled it on the condiment stand. Doesn't matter. I always go to this particular Arby's. Friendly , clean and food is always good. Fries could be hotter though."
