"1 sausage egg & cheese biscuit hard as a hockey puck. Now I know that employee when they picked it up could feel how hard it was. So it was an old sandwich. 2 hashbrowns way undercooked.. Do better. $7.39 in the trash. Spend the time to drive to FENT'S down Shrine Rd... Better fresher food."
"Ordered on the digital menu since nobody was at the counter. it didn't print receipt to prove my order either. Got food and part of my order was missing drinks and dipping sauce. I told the cashier what I ordered and he said there was no record of it but he believed me *eyeroll*. He made my coffee but it wasn't like in the picture or what I asked for twice! Also person I was with spilled her fries so I asked for another. Gave me a smaller size then what I paid for. Took forever for someone to come to the counter when I was there but later two men walked in and got waited on no problem:/. Before we left I offered to clean up the mess to the two new on shift guys and they were so sweet. They treated me better then the person that tried to fix my order! Fix your customer service at the counter and clean the tables they were all filthy!"

"Big sign out front said you could get 4 chicken nuggets for $1. We ordered our food,which included one 4 pc. Was charged $2.09. asked why, a young girl that said she was the manager said because we had ordered other nuggets from the value menu,we would not get the advertised price.what ever else we order should not affect a special. Hope that extra $1.09 helps you,because we wont be back."
