"Had a bad experience there i got the sourdough Buford it wasn't even toasted the cheese wasn't even melted on the cheeseburger"
"We waited in line for 30min and when we got to the speaker to order the automated system said to go to the window to place my order. We waited 2 more minutes by the speaker just in case and verified we were to order at the window. Once we got to the window, the lady said that we had to go back in line to place our order because they weren't taking orders at the window. Horrible experience."
"Not the friendliest place by far. Had to order through a robot in the drive-thru and then when I asked about my order I got a snippy remark. I checked my sandwich and it had been totally smeared with ketchup and it was running everywhere. Won't go there anymore. You asked, I told."
"Got milkshake & Ice cream with Carmel & chocolate cheesecake. Gave her $20.38 on a $7.38 bill. Lady at window got us talking n never gave us our $13 change. Realized it 2 hours later. Don't live close by. Location won't answer phone. Tried calling back for 45 mins straight. Not happy"
"Really quick service but can be hit or miss in terms of friendly employees. Some of the employees sound like they are really upset about being there. For the most part though they are pretty nice"
