"Ordered ahead for pickup. Food was ready at the correct time, but super skimpy on the veggies. Only veggies were lettuce, more tomatoes and more olives. I had the least amount of tomatoes and olives I have ever had on a subway sub. 4 total slices of tomato for the whole 12 inch sub. Lettuce and olives were also very lacking. Meat and cheese were skimpy, but I have come to expect that in general from any subway now, so pretty regular there. Employee was nice but, training must have been to skimp on veggies even though cost is over $10 for a footlong. Really disappointed and will find another subway to order from or only order in person so they actually add veggies."
"I hate leaving bad reviews but this was probably the worst Subway sandwich I have ever had. I walked in and the worker was in the lobby with her friends. I asked for my sub toasted and the cheese was still cold & unmelted, barely had any meat on it, the onions had onion pits in them, and on top of everything she didn’t even cut the sub in half. It just wasn’t good, go to a different subway honestly."
"Ordered ahead. App says that my food was picked up when in fact they had not even started making the order yet. 15 min passes order saying it was ready, and I am just now watching him make the food."
"I can't believe this! I got a sandwich with two (2) pieces of the thinnest turkey possible and all this old bread. Do better cheapskates, giving you the bare minimum for maximum price! Shame on you and NO I don't want anything else, period"
"As a new resident of Ohio, I previously worked at subway for years. I took a job at this subway and on my first day of work I immediately noticed the filth. The fridge was full of mold. The mold was hanging over the open food, vegetables are rotten and they still served them. By company policy every four hours the tea was supposed to be changed and when I went to dump the tea it was chunky. It's been sitting there at least for a week. The popcorn machine has not been cleaned in a long time the dust in was smoldering and the air vent was melting which is a fire hazard. I worked there for 3 days before I quit and I advise you don't eat there you or some one you love could get seriously sick or even die. They also own the subway next door and if one store is that bad I don't know the quality of the other one. This place seriously needs to be shut down."
