"the food was fine except one of my chicken sandwiches was missing and replaced w a burger (not sure how they managed that) but the girl working at 12:45pm on 12/3 can’t count bc i ordered 6 ranch, 1 barbecue, 1 honey mustard, 1 ghost pepper ranch& ketchup. she gave me 0 ranch, 3 barbecue, 1 hm, 1 ghost pepper ranch& the ketchup. i went inside asking for my ranch and she said “we normally don’t give out that many ranches with 10 pcs” ok but you didn’t give me any??? & if i ordered it then it needs to be put in my order. it really is that easy. also if you’re being cheap about sauces then why give me 2 extra barbecues i didnt ask for ???also she handed me 4 sauces after asking for 5 or 6. i then asked her for one more since clearly she cannot count."
"Been to this Wendy’s a few times, and they give the right quality of Wendy’s (sad that I have to say that now). There is a bit of a wait, but not to get the low rating this location has? Nice and clean on the inside, a bit annoying curb for the driver thru (pop my tire on it the first time),but overall this is a good Wendy’s."
"SLOOOOOOOOWEST Wendy's ever.. they give you your drinks, have you pull up so the timer says it was quick. Then make you wait 20 minutes for your food.. they need to take the "Fast Food " off their signage.. never again !!"
"Service has been lacking for a while, but no one was in the drive thru, so my husband thought it would be fine. It was not. He ordered a chicken sandwich, a burger and fries, 2 kids meals and 2 Frostys with no modifications. Frostys came out quickly, but then he had to wait a half an hour for everything else. The Frostys were melted and we have no idea what took so long as it wasn't as if any of the food was particularly hot and the fries were actually cold. Again, there was no one else there. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but I can guarantee we won't be stopping by again."
