"This is without a doubt the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’m here at least once a week because the location is convenient but I’m not going to continue to come back. Today 2-3 people asked where their order was, as it had already been 30 minutes. This location is clearly understaffed, and managed poorly. During a rush, one of the managers was just sweeping. Why wouldn’t they be on the makeline? No DoorDash orders or pick up orders were being set on the rack."
"I had ordered 2 chicken Quesadilla, but they typed and made 2 Steak Quesadilla. I came home and noticed it. Store located: 9300 Dayton Lebanon Pike, Centerville, OH 45458 We do not eat Steak Now, tried to call them and they phone line is always busy."

"I would not recommend anyone to order the grilled cheese nacho fries as you only get about 10 fries in the box. Total waste of money and a disappointment. I paid $5.50 for 10 fries….never again."
