"I've lived in Oxford, Ohio my entire life & SDS has always been a favorite of mine. Their service is great, fast, & the food is always on point. We got a large pepperoni pizza & 2 Submarine subs with Italian dressing on the side it was phenomenal. Will always be a customer. If you've never tried SDS wait are you waiting trust me you won't regret it."

"I ordered food that took 2 hours because the person that answered the phone failed to take down my apartment number so I had to call back and then when they came and bring me my food I’m assuming it was the food that they made two hours ago because my food was so cold I ordered a steak grinder which was slimy because of how cold it was and then as you can see on the pictures below the salad was super old lettuce was brown and I ordered a chef salad which comes with meat in it and I did not receive meat I’ve ordered from here before I had no problem but I feel like this is unacceptable that you guys failed to even call the number that you guys have on the receipt when you take the order even though you didn’t know the apartment number you guys should’ve called my number but it said you guys went back to the store and didn’t even call me back and tell me you guys didn’t have the apartment number. No nothing I had to call you guys and then you guys sent me cold food I don’t know what type of restaurants, you guys are or fast food or delivery or whatever but you guys suck super bad I would never ever recommend anybody to the place again"

"We normally have a decent experience at SDS, so we ordered pizza for pickup on Sunday, January 9 for the Bengals playoff game. While I know they were busy, or so they indicated, that is no reason for poor quality. We were told it would be a good hour and a half wait. We went to get the pizza after about 1 1/4 hours. Apparently it had been ready long before that and was just sitting there, with others' pizzas. They had not bothered to let us know, realizing we were waiting an hour and a half. No excuse for that. There were no customers at all. When we got it home, about a mile away, the pizza was barely warm. It was overbaked and the crust was dry and black in a lot of places. The cheese was so baked that it was brown and hard, not soft at all. We could not tell at all it had double cheese, as we ordered. I would doubt it. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. Total disappointment. Might be time to try other pizza places."
