"After placing our food order went to find a table, several were dirty. Food was delivered by a robot tray, it got stuck by a chair. Once we started to eat the fish dinners we got the tartar sauce was in packets, the pretzel bites were hard like a rock. They changed for the tartar sauce too! The coleslaw was on the sour vinegar side, the green beans were ok heavily garlic flavored. We ordered an appetizer of green fried tomatoes. They were ok nothing special, greasy once they got cooled. The dining area was very smoky. They need more exhaust to get the grease smoke from the fryer out of the dining area. They also charge you to use your credit card a $1.27 surcharge and they ask for tips. They don’t even walk the food out! Was disappointed I was hoping for a nice experience. Also they give you this with your order, I thought it was a wet wipe for your hands it was gloves. Also very overpriced!!"

"We ordered 2 combos. The chicken sandwich combo was solid. The boneless chicken bites were not cooked through, almost looking spoiled. Asked for no pickle on the sandwich, had pickle. Didn't get a side of mac and cheese. Not to mention we were the only ones there, so I don't understand how so many things went wrong in one order. I will more than likely not be coming back."

"Very overpriced for the quality. We had the 8 piece meal combo with 3 sides ( Mac n cheese, tater tots, and fries) with 2 extra drinks, $38. The chicken was decent but some of it was undercook so we took the rest home to throw it in the air fryer. The fries were soggy, I prefer a little crunch to my fries. The Mac n cheese was nasty. Like the pasta seemed undercooked and a bit chewy and the cheese had a weird taste. I had beer cheese before and it was not tasting right. The tater tots were good the right kind of crisp and crunch that I like. Overall, it was okay but definitely overpriced for just being okay!"

"Kind of excited to see a chicken joint opening up in Oxford,.. Read about it. Saw the building. Go up and get renovated,.. was waiting to see how it stood up against the national chains as well as a new chain from Korea called CM Chicken,.. some pros. One of the staff members celebrating a 21st birthday was an amazing host cashier all around. Good dude. Very talkative very knowledgeable. He needs raise... The other employees were engaging as well.. The building revamp was done well. It's clean. Has some light decoration but not Gorey and nasty has outdoor seating. That'll be nice in the spring and summer and it has a compact menu but wide enough on the apps and the proteins and the sides to please... I might recommend asking a staff like I did because their sauces are amazed balls!!... Now some shortcomings the price point for what you get is very high even for Oxford standards I felt that the chicken fingers weren't battered in the building reminded me of a decent quality Cisco product,.. and while the french fries weren't bad, I do recommend getting a dedicated fryer because these french fries tasted like chicken,.. this is the same reason why people claim that alligator taste like chicken,.. no, it doesn't. But they need to be fried in a different vat of grease. Not the same one that you fried chicken in day in and day out.. I'm going back for a few of the apps. I want to see what kind of pickles they have. I want to check out these world famous pretzel bites and I want to find out if there are spiral fry is something they drilled and cut themselves or if it's just another Cisco product"

"Really nice people!! They're still trying to get in the swing of things so the wait time was about an hour but got the not a bird platter and husband said 6/10 ... batter on greasy side but he said shrimp is pretty good 7/10 and the sauce that comes with it is like a Sriracha creamy sauce and he said it's super good too. The cheese curds are good while they're fresh. They're served with garlic butter which is pretty great! The boneless wings are more like popcorn chicken lol but they're good. I saw some bone in wings and wished we would've gotten those because they were huge and the garlic parm looked delish."
