"The food is incredibly weak. Do not order the salad. The sandwiches were severely mediocre. The pizza was mid. The place is very small. There is a 0% chance that I would choose to eat here again. The only parts of the meal that were acceptable was the pizza, sort of, and the parts of the meal that were clearly frozen before preparation. I suggest if you are reading this, to choose somewhere else to eat."

"Stopped in after quite a few years to grab a couple of slices... didn't have much cash on me, so I asked if I could just get some tap water to wash it down with. Nope... that was a hard No from the rude chick behind the counter. The pizza was mediocre at best and the customer service is still awful after all of these years. I'm done. I can go anywhere and get bad pizza, but at least with a smile."
"Have had a love hate relationship with Bruno’s for many many years. Great pizza, horrible customer service and employees. Rude, careless, nasty people. Today I am done with them after they delivered a pizza like this and refused to refund or remake it."
