"Worst service ever! Ordered a simple order and waited for it to be wrong. Reorder and waited another 40 minutes for creamy chicken soup and get sent water chicken soup. Never will I spend another dime here."
"Scott, the manager, is the best in the business. I placed a delivery order through the app that wasn’t getting picked up by door dash. It was out of both of our control but Scott worked with me to fix the situation. He called me back w solutions and even kept his cool when i accidentally sent the same order through again. Thank you, Scott. I’m a customer for life!"
"The food is pretty good and they usually get my customizations correct. If you go inside to order or pickup, staff are usually polite. It is a different story at the drive thru, where staff are apathetic at best and rude at worst. They always treat me like my presence is a nuisance, and I usually leave in a worse mood than I arrived in. They need to get rid of the drive thru as it takes forever and the staff clearly hate it."
"I walked in, and four employees were standing behind the counter, while a customer was putting her own order into the self-serve / order system. I do not work here, so why do they force customers to enter their own order? I had a question but within moments the 4 employees disappeared behind the wall. Are they not even trained to say good morning or hello? Walked out very disappointed. Plenty of employees and zero customer service."
